At Abda, Inc., there is no charge for us to come to your home or business, help you pick out styles and colors, measure, and quote a price.
2. How close is your estimate to the cost of the project?
The estimate Abda, Inc. gives you after measuring is the actual cost of the job, no hidden costs will ever be added.
3. When can you come to measure?
We will always give you an exact time. No need to take off work two hours to wait for a no show. Just be prepared, you may even see our van a little ahead of schedule. Better yet, we will work around your busy schedule, even if it means juggling our schedule a little.
4. What is the charge to install my blinds?
Installation is always free, nothing is added to the cost of the job.
5. How will my blinds be mounted?
This is an important question because many homes are now built with little or no window frame. Your blinds may have to be mounted on, or above the window frame. This may not be the look you were hoping for. Our professional staff can advise you as to what window treatment will work best for you.
6. What type of guarantee is on the product?
All of our products are backed by the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. We extend that warranty by providing a personal two-year normal wear and tear warranty.
7. How do you handle the manufacturer's guarantee?
We will always personally handle any problems with your blinds and shades. Whether you have a problem now or ten years from now, we will take care of all the details of getting it fixed or replaced. | |
